We suggest preparing your meat entree several hours ahead of cooking to allow for herbs and spices to penetrate. 

 

What are our secrets? Low salt, salt dries up meat. We fine grind all the ingredients. Ground herbs and spices penetrate deeper into the meats, sealing in the juice and making the meat a delicious meal. We have NO ingredients you can not pronounce.
